Sorry but you are proposing the wrong solution. The diesel we are using is the same diesel the Swiss and other Europeans used before and even there and than nobody called it toxic diesel. Having this cheaper diesel puts us in a more competitive position as a country. Secondly our older models of trucks need the sulpher to protect their engines. A better solution would be to sell both diesel at the same retail price and slowly rise the price of the old diesel until the majority of our trucks are modern trucks that run well on the new diesel. Don't worry too much of pollution. Because the China (also still selling old type diesel) the US, EU and Switzerland are polluting many times more than the whole African Continent. Do like they did, and China is still doing: develop first then when you can afford it, implement stricter environment laws and regulations.
