The DKM customers must be lucky to get anything at all. No government in the Civilized world will use the tax payers money to repay bad investment in a private entity. They should go and ask the customers of PYRAM and R5 whether they got any refund after the closure of the scam? NPP lambasted Rawlings over the PYRAM issue and thus everyone thought that the NPP would revisit the issue and pay them up after winning. Nothing happened because the NPP knows that state cannot be used for that. The law will not allow it. They are now using the same tactics of incitement against government, and some of these DKM victims are foolishly falling for it. They should be lucky and thankful that we have a compassionate preside who is doing all he can within the law to at least help them out,buy they are being ungrateful. The lesson of PYRAM should have guided the DKM depositors but lack of common sense and greed took the better part of them.
