When it 's about good projects like this you hardly see any comment but when empty stuff that doesen't help us in our quest for development trust me you see all manner of people commenting.

Ghana is having the World Bank garrantee about half of the cost and Ghana has only a 20% ownership share ........I DONT SEE ANYTHING NICE BUT STUPIDITY HERE.....when the project fails, World Bank will pay the money and Ghana ... read full comment
