Real number crunching,that is how you plan ahead. If you don't know how many primary school age kids that are in the nation, how then do you plan the number of primary schools to be built?

My take is create a primary power producer responsible for investing in the necessary fuels needed for generation of energy be it fossil fuel or, and renewables. Nobody will be indebted to anybody because you buy from them to generate electricity to sell. As for Valco don't even bother supplying them with neat electricity convert valco to use dierct coal, gas, and crude oil.

The economic value of Valco must be evaluated, the economy cant continue to subsidy the high the power hungry industry that has very little economic benefit.If we are exporting the what Valco produces, then there could be an argument to balance it with cost of importing the energy need for that plant. We need to be smart in the globalize world,days over for national white elephants!

So it could be that they are not generating enough revenue because they are charging less or what they produce is being stolen from them by "power thieves". Which is which?
