Will this money go to farmers or essoko ? Because things come to farmers but we don't get it .

These funds will probably be used for setting up, yet another, mobile ordering system and not one Dollar will flow to the small holder farmer directly. These farmers are in need of financing at normal rates, so that they can acquire the needed planting materials, fertilizer, etc.
