It was agreed last year as part of measures to spend within budget that all salary increases must be negotiated and captured into new budget before the new budget is read. As per the time lines agreed, they should agree to the minimum wage by this time so negotiations can commented for actual salary increase. The minimum wage is the basis for negotiating real salary increase and not an indication of how much by which actual salaries would be raised. So get a life and stop reading politics into kt
