In fact, that is the difference between the NDC and Npp. While NDC is 'resurrecting ' defunck factories, the npp is busy saying they don't exist or inflated cost or it is political gimmick. It will shut down again after the elections because the NDC always see the factory as an NPP project and they should do everything to ensure that it doesn't work. I tell you that the factory will grind to a halt immediately after the elections.

remember the ayensu starch factory was estabilished by the kuffour administrtion in 2002 and collapsed in 2004. so the question is who collapsed the ayensu starch factory?

Dis factory was established in 2002 and collapsed 4 yrs later so which yr is that? That is 2006 under kufour. U can't maintain the only factory u have establish under ur 8 yr rule so wht is Akuffo Addo saying? Big time fools
