I THOUGHT YOU SAID YOU CANNOT CALL A MODEL A VERSION
You could have made your argument without questioning what I know, that is how we debate but let me tell you that I may have more knowledge in cars than you do.
First of all,we call it models, not versions,Ford Expedition has 8 models ranging from ZLT to PLATINUM EL .
I have shipped cars to Ghana with the recent one being just last year, I have full size SUV in Ghana so you can't educate me on that.
I can tell you for a fact that even today with the ECOWAS protocol that pushed the duty upward it is not 40% that you pay on any car,it is about 20% and as at the time the car was shipped and cleared in Ghana it was far,far lower than that, even if you add the 17.5 VAT and NHIS,GHAPOHA fees and other handling fees you will not arrive at that amount,I'm aware of those fees but it was not anything close to that amount they are quoting,Manasseh did not value that car, they just came out with that high figure to make it looks like the president took a bribe of something that is of high value, shame on them.
