How can the Petroleum Commission and GRA look on unconcerned when the oil companies owe us so much? We need this tax revenue urgently to fund development projects. Gov't must insist that the oil companies pay what thy owe at once, and impose hefty penalties if they are late to pay. The oil companies must fulfil their tax obligations on time. There is just no excuse for foot-dragging.
