THE TURBINES CAN BE RE-BUILT OR RENOVATED WITH THE HELP OF U.S.A. ENGINEERS WHO ORIGINALLY SUPPLIED THEM.
LOCAL LABOUR/MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT WILL BE NEEDED. EVEN IF IT COSTS $1.0bn, THAT WILL BE MONEY WELL SPENT. THANKS.

There is at least one power plant in Tenn. USA where water is released them pump back up hill when the rate and need for power is low..But more dams should be built in Ghana especially to catch flood waters...Most dams on riv ... read full comment
