What issue with workers? A board member does not tell the work force what to do he/she only observes and advice the CEO.

In these organizations as soon as you hear these complaints then it's an indication that they are preventing them to do their corrupt activities. Nobody knows corporate governance than Felix Addo. Keep it up.

The whole bank like Barclays has no property in Ghana so for a senior staff of GNPC to say because they don't ve a national headquarters is affecting the coperation is most unfortunate and can only plead to say this nonsense on condition of anonymity otherwise he should be heading home though the reporter knows him.Look GNPC has no business doing business out of their core mandate,what gave them their lost glory back is the oil fine,if I were the CEO nothing ll interest me than building on our core mandate for more fines.But in all this I don't really blame them but the selfish,vindictive and wicked tribalistic Kufour,I heard him in the news trying to explain away all the gains his government made before handingover power in 2008,yes he did very well with the support of all but his biggest mistake was when he decided to choose a successor of us at all cost.He betrayed the trust Ghanaians gave him,all the years of suffering under PNDC,NDC 1&2,I think he should bow down his head in shame with his Ashanti trabalistic nonsense,he mentioned Dr Busia who made him a deputy foreign minister at the time,was Busia an Ashanti?his political miscalculation ll hunt him forever,if he had allowed natural flow of succession in the Npp by now Nana Addo would've been getting ready to retire giving way for another generation to takeover but his greediness has eroded all the gains Ghana made but rather painfully.What moral authority or rights does he ve to point out wrongs in this government or even mention how Ghanaians re suffering under Mahama,s administration?.Why should John Maham ve pitty on Ghanaians?go through the history of Ghana and how all our past presidents struggled to win power,he got it on a silver platter,just because Kufour was so busy stealing money that he didn't even know that his political opponent Atta Mills was grave ill when he Atta mills as a Ghanaians opposition leader new that the late Yara Dua of Nigeria would not make it through his first term if elected president,this was revealed in the wicky leaks deplomatic cables,Ya-Naa was killed without his notice as a commander in- chief and all other blunders and today he want to prove perfection,he should get out there and campaign to restore the trust we gave him or I ll never ever forgive Kufour not even when he need that from me to come out of coma.
