    Am no expert on economics. I have no idea about finance, and neither do i have any clue about the factors that mitigate against productivity. One thing i can see and this is no rocket science;

    GDP grew by 5.9% between 2008 and 2015? Who is celebrating such a growth? Growth rates are usually over one year. What is the growth rate between 2014 and 2015? It could even be negative if inflation is factored in.
