Changing of managing Directors in the Public institutions have become a nom in Ghana as a means of the new Government ostensibly to manuplate the institutions to its advantage.eg,in the state Housing Company,the new Government sees to it that,houses are easily made available to ministers,by passing all applicants, just by the stroke of a pen of the Government Minister in charge to their new MD to make available number of houses to their fellow ministers, cronies, family members and their girl friends, and by doing so,jeopadises,the smooth running of the Housing Industry,that goes on in all the other atate Corporations.This action by the in coming Government, creates a lot of woes to the companies and inability to perform to the maximum.There should therefore be a standing policy to curd such unprofessional way the State companies are being manupulated by succeeding Governments.
