    Ghana lazy contractors, cry for money , now crying for quality materials.

    The deputy minister doesn't know what he is talking about. Are the contractors paid on schedule and in accordance with the contract? What about the problems with wrong documentation etc? Be serious and stop wasting our ears.

    REASONS: 1)Delayed payments. 2)corruption leaves contractors with no profits 3) political patronage - contractors' reward for funding sitting governments. Etc
