It appears Ghanaians do not have customer service in their radar, weather good or bad. Such is precisely what one feels a lack of when in the country. Could the loss of business means poor customer service to the majority of mobile users? What is MTN and Vodafone dining better? Your article lack lots of details as you lets me wondering why a company would loose money when it appears to not do anything wrong at all. Some further would have provided a greater insight. Thanks

This two companies I suggest merge with any of the high performing operators and put their resources in other business.
