The greed and the mismanagement coupled with the lack of will power in leadership to stick to government's own regulation on housing.
In Lagos where business is more profitable than in "hopeless" Ghana, office spaces and retail stores do not command the kind of rent and number of years landlords demand. Not even in Togo, so why Ghana remained the only country where things are opposite to the rules? The demand outstrips the supply in most Ecowas but sanity prevails even in Lagos, so what makes Ghana's case more different if not law makers sleeping on their job.
Do any of these useless MPs have any idea that they could pass a bill and push it to become a law if the present one is not helping the case?
