There ought to be some attractive sites in Ghana to draw foreign visitors to them. The country's filthy beaches are no selling points. Any person in the US yearning for beach and sunshine would rather travel a short distance to any of the Caribbean countries than take a long journey to Ghana. The slave castles will draw only a few African Americans and not a lot of white people, who often have more disposal income than blacks to make those journeys.
