It will not stop until the bureaucracy in our system stops. The number of documents you have to sign and the number of meetings you have to attend before taking delivery of pesticide, is as if you are going to invent common sense for our leaders. At the end the pesticide get to the farmers lately and becomes obsolete. Why should I return the sachets of used pesticide for accountancy.

All this nonsense about fertilizer subsidy, mass spraying, free seedlings etc must stop. Just give farmers 80-90% of the world market price of cocoa and they will take care of themselves.
