    called your first and last months rent..the last month should cover either damages or non-payment of last month

    Yes indeed, there must be special cases where,that flexibility should be.
    tenants wishing to pay more years in advance MUST be allowed.

    I ghana , some people about themselves than others. I think this is how it should be, the high charges of deposit by landlords will come down.And most can afford to pay rent easily.

    interest rates are too high...30 YEAR LOAN IN USA IS 4% WITH GOOD CREDIT..You can buy car with loan interest loan from the maker(ford or chevy) 4% again with GOOD credit,,If you don't pay your bills like Ghana expect 20%
