Is Zoomlion a private or public enterprise? If a private enterprise that charges money for its work, why should the government through our president provide them with the tools.So when they get paid for their job they can keep everything in their pockets.What kind of monkey business is this.On the other hand, government provides tools for the President's brother to carry out a job he claims he did for free " with government machinery " and government within the same period had earmarked 50million ghc for the same job shortly after the deluge.
Now someone should explain this to me.Is it corruption, mismanagement or incompetence?
