for 50 pound bag in USA of ready mix concrete..just add water..The fast setting ones advertize you can pour dry mix in post hole,add water and be harding in 1-2 hours

you just said it all,we are suffering from our local producers of cement and if outsiders will produce with cheaper price we will love that one than our local ones
