I am also amazed. Our tertiary education system is either inadequate or just useless. Our educated and learned men have failed us, no ingenuity, no creativity no planning. It's so sad.

then what's the function of quantum terminal which sell LPG gas from atuabo, if its true that we don't have this storage facility, then its serious. we have to do cost benefit analysis to decide to have or not to have.
