These preferential treatment of women is counter productive and designed to emasculate men.So instead of training all able and willing participant you empower the women at the expense of their soon to be bitter husbands.What do you expect to happen in a house hold where the woman is suddenly pulled out trained and financed to take over as the bread winner of the family?Don't create problems for families when then do not exist!
