at least in USA you get good roads/schools/hospital/water systems for your tax money unless you live in small farming bush where you have to have borehole and LP gas instead of natural gas in pipeline like city residents

This is not the way. Tell Govt to stop paying all illegal monies and also collect all illegal monies. Rural Banks must rather be supported.

If adb is no more working to support the economy why allow it to enjoy tax exemption ?. The tax exemption was granted as compensation for high operational costs associated with agric credit management.
