The counter clerk offered to help me like will do me a favor because there where no Romans but could help me. For over an hour this clerk kept checking and checking and checking also told me he could get me a key if I left very early by then it was 1:00 am I was still trying to check in. I came bk and wrote to the management of the hotel with details to fire the clerk for trying to collect bribe at checking desk . It's crude all the way they check you in but don't record the transaction in the books. Ghanaians are just frudulent begers period.

Cct cameras, employing 2 people at the counter from 2 different ethnic groups and demanding both of them sign the receipt anytime someone comes and book are some measures which can mitigate these unscrupulous behaviors
