The reason the poor are not insured is that the economy u and ur gov't have built is not giving jobs to this same poor people u seem to be worried abt. Get them jobs and when they have enough disposable incomes they can then buy policies and be able to pay their premiums. Sit ur ass down and work and stop talking.
