  Its not just donation that needs transparency it's the use of the money that needs transparency. Kwabeyan area in Ghana has not had light for over four days . This area has no water . It's been cut off from Ghana with no roads all the secondary roads are soo bad you have to park your car and walk . The reason why is its NPP strong hold so let them suffer ?????
