Mr Fifi Kwetey is the minister of agriculture and Ghana's post harvest losses is 50%. He seems not to have any clue about what to do. When he was minister of state in charge of financial and allied services, he planned with Woyome, Betty Mould Iddrisu, Barton Oduro, Tony Lithur etc etc and looted state money by way of dubious judgment debts.

I have my doubts as to if Mr Fiifi Kwetey actually exists. Are we sure he is not just some ghost on the payroll? He never seems to be capable of delivering a speech in person, and Ghanaweb have been using the same amateurish photo for years. Mind you, Mr Kwetey has presided over a spectacular slump in Ghana's agricultural output, so perhaps there is someone underneath the desk.
