    If you want to fight corruption in Ghana, then its not only ADB you should look into. SADA, DVLA and the president himself must be dealt with.

    Those incompetent and overrated dead bodies still on the payroll must be shown the door. They resist change and work against management to protect their weaknesses. How can a bank like ADB be an under performer!!!!!!
