This Minister is a buffoon. The footbridge was part of the initial project. When NDC came to power in 2009 the stop the project and said they were doing due diligence on it. How there were going to do it only God knew at that ... read full comment
This Minister is a buffoon. The footbridge was part of the initial project. When NDC came to power in 2009 the stop the project and said they were doing due diligence on it. How there were going to do it only God knew at that time.The period for the American funds elapsed and the Govt. was to continue with local funds which they did not have thus why the project is in this state. So the Minister should stop his foolish propaganda and go to work.
