This is going to create heavy traffic in and around the place. It should have been built out of heavy traffic area. From old PEACE FM to ECG will jam up.

How can this be excited when many of us can't afford wat is in stock. The just going to be pictures n prostitude galore area,. Instead of getting a new area out of a major road ,.. Our country planners are killing our future ... read full comment

I lived around the area , all my life and I can see how it could have been used for nice green belt houses , flat . Would have been better. Poor planning ... It a same

I feel so sad for small businesses especially at Mile 7 and its environs who toil hard to put food on the table and pay school fees. It will surely kill small businesses. Customers would walk pass the small shops to the mall ... read full comment
I feel so sad for small businesses especially at Mile 7 and its environs who toil hard to put food on the table and pay school fees. It will surely kill small businesses. Customers would walk pass the small shops to the mall to buy common yoghurt etc.to show "they were there some".It is sad and a shame.Please ban this in the cities and push them out of town. Please Stop this now.Mr Minister It is my humble plea that this would be the last in the city.This is no development! Let us promote our own.Sorry I am very very sad.

Usually the unintended consequences of these developments are the small businesses who often get swept by the wayside. Its too late to seek a redress. I would think that before such developments are approved, the government h ... read full comment
Usually the unintended consequences of these developments are the small businesses who often get swept by the wayside. Its too late to seek a redress. I would think that before such developments are approved, the government holds a zoning hearing, where interested parties have their say. If such hearings are not the norm in Ghana, then they should be so that people are given the opportunity to voice their support for or against any project that may impact them.
