Already prior to the IPO, the government was given 100 shares for each share it owned. At 2.65 cedis a share this means each original share translates into 265 cedis!
This is IMHO unethical. The proceeds for the IPO should go to ADB exclusively. The government should then try to sell its shares on the secondary market!
This whole deal STINKS. It is a BAD deal for any would be investor. The IPO is hopelessly overpriced.
Having the same people at the helm compounds the situation!
