Then we have Upper West and Upper East. We however have three regions in the northern part of Ghana ( the 3 regions in the north).

I agree fully with this recommendation from the prof. let take a look at all those who are appointed to head projects in the northern Rs, expecially our northern sibblings before appointment n after. Most of dem get wealth as if they won a maga lottor but their projects never mets their aims and objectives. Aside the monitoring let dem declear their asets before and after the projects.
