This is common sense but decietful educated individuals in this country prey on the ignorance of people in positions and use them against the good courses for their own benefits
No one can blame all such ignorant people for frustrating progress. If they had known or been educated that the IPO could have brought in the needed capital injection to grow the bank, creating more skilled jobs and diluting government interference in its affairs they would have embrace it. Adb could have done better by respecting it's stakeholders and taken them along. Price for arrogance is huge!!!
