So when I see the ministers in their long ropes traveling on the state resources in the name of finding investors I feel sad . If you can not provide solar energy will all the free sun in Ghana ??? You turn to scratch your head what type of intelligence these groups of people have . The white man will continue to hold on to their superiority advantage . They would have created scholarship for universities to research in the area of advance solar energy .
