  Always behind time. Look at what these leaders are thinking about. Sugar? We need to produce our own sugar and other commodities but I will not plan for so much sugar consumption.

  Does it surprise anyone the reason why diabetes has become almost endemic in Ghana? Couple the sugar consumption with all the starchy foods and you have a bad recipe for a national health crisis looming on the horizon. Instead of planning to increase consumption, plan an educational strategy to reduce reliance on sugar so we have a healthy nation. A country that has no real medical or health care system to speak of should be plotting prevention, not consumption of high levels of sugar. Jeeezzz, you guys are idiots, and Spio Garbrah, as always, is clueless and in the lead of misdirected policies.
