  Massa; So where is Ato Forson and his 'Smart Borrowing' strategy' and his BRIGHT FUTURE MANTRA ; the problem is that we appoint Polytechnic students to handle our financial economic affairs and this the trouble we GET as a nation ;we have always told you that Terpkor;Ato Forson and Mona Quartey and Wampah are not up to date and do not understand the psychological trends in the money markets; their intelligigence on the market are very poor ; even their forcast figure of about 9% is too high but these financial institutions demanding 11% is day light ROBBERY but then the economic trends indicate that these institutions know our economy is in poor shape besides a forcast of 3.5% growth by the government is complete misleading ; the actual figure is 1% because it is clear that to raise the premium figure to 11% by the borrwers means they have taken into account the growth rate which they know is poor besides the institution know Ghana have no choice but to borrow because we do not have the finance to purchase the coca crops ; TRUTH IS THAT THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS HAVE GOT GHANA BY THE 'BALLS'WE NO CHOICE ; JON MAHAMA have being told time and time that borrowing to finanve frivilous projects will land Ghana into trouble; WE TOLD YOU SO !!!!!!!!
