Our so called professionals are quick to refer to what is happening in the first world. Why can't we as a country tailor policies to our local situations but quick to look to what is happening in USA, Britain, France, Germany etc. Will the establishment of Ghana Exim Bank not attract private investors that will eventually contribute to its capital base? It appears even our learned professionals prefer the Ghana Government to fund everything in the country. What kind of logic is this? This is the reason why we are marking time always.
