  Initially train 1500 machinists and mechanical engineering staff in the following areas : CNC Programmers , CNC Mill-Turn machinists, CNC Drilling machinists, CNC Turning and Milling machinists, Grinders and Tooling machinists, Quality Control Personnel, CadCam Designers and Software personnel, Manufacturing Engineers with emphasis on machine shop production. Welders and assembly Personnel.

  Select fifteen needed products to design from concept to finish - be it brake shoes, Wheels, Automobile parts, Pipings, Computer parts, or any product transformed from solid into shape. Train personnel to specialise on selected areas.

  Find industrial land near but away from the city to establish manufacturing centers in areas mentioned above.

  Get loans ( please no political middle men or party footsoldier involvement) to purchase the following machines ; 15 CNC Turning Machines, 10 CNC Milling Machines, 10 CNC Mill/Turn Machines, 15 CNC Drilling Machines, 2 Grinders 3 Fork Lifts, 4 Saw Machines (Horizontal and Vertical) , Complete Tools for measuring and manufacturing according to machines, 35 Computers for complete manufacturing personnel, Office Desks and equipment.

  Purchase materials to be used for manufacturing : Bars of Stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, bronze, steel and sheet metals, Welding Equipment

  Start TODAY and I bet next year this same period Ghana will shine again above and beyond expectation. That is the only way out of this mess we find ourselves in. This investment wil yield more profit for the nation and expand the scope of employment. TRY IT BE BOLD AND TRY IT MR HONORABLE - ENOUGH OF THE RHETORICS !!

  There should be change in focus of our education. Admit more polytechnic students and equip poly schools. Add entrepreneurship to each and every poly course
