I want to believe strongly that this laudable investment or project sees the light of day if commenced. Many in our country are becoming skeptical and sometimes cynical because of failure of several of such announced projects. This brings into question what happened to the hastily inaugurated Hope City by the President supposed to be largest technology City in Africa. When false hope is given to the teeming youth of Ghana with hastily announced and inaugurated projects of such kind that never materialise people become disenchanted and lose faith in gov't. Should gov't therefore blame people for skepticism and cynicism?
