  Has this man ever implemented a warehouse receipts or commodity Exchange project?OOOOOOh Ghana? Where are we moving to? This is a highly technical area requiring expertise. Almost 90% of the commodity exchanges and warehouse receipts programs in Sub-sahara Africa has collapsed because of politics.

  I will be keen to know how a commodity exchange that is trading spot contract will mitigate price risk? Lets all remember that investing in commodity exchange requires patient capital. Do sharks like banks, so greedy for returns have the patience to wait? Ethiopia commodity exchange trades mandated commodities so pleaze lets not even compare it to anywhere! Actually Ghana produces about 1.5MT of maize year? 70% of those producing are subsistence farmers. How much will be passing through the Exchange?Deduct post harvest losses and grains sold through the informal sector?
