    when fuel prices went down to about 47 dollars per berrell the gov't said he will not reduce because he owns BDC.WHAT Did they used the profit they got with the 4 month to and now look the debt is gone up.infact Ghanaians sho ...

    Hey, isn't this part of government debt alone about 80% of the total IMF bail out sum? And of course it is not part of any official number indicating the countries indebtedness.
