Beyoung the supposed success stories of adb as crafted as ''Mr.Kpodzih’s term as Managing Director of ADB has been characterized by an aggressive expansion of the Bank’s branch network and the rebranding from Agricultural Development Bank to ADB Bank'' is a hollow foundation of hopelessness, focusless, visionless, directionless and misplaced priorities. The ipo of adb will not save the once performing bank prior to 2009 when the incompetent Steve Kpordzih was appointed as MD. adb was highly capitalized and performing and ranked 5th in 2009. In 2014 adb was ranked 28th and collapsing under Steve Kpordzih. The bane of adb is not lack of capital. The problem of adb is lack of professionalism and competent MD and management staff. The board lack the vision and strategic direction to compete in e-banking industry.

Ghanaians are really living in their bad times. We have been clouded with partisan politics to the extent that we cannot even reason rationally. Sacrificing one friend for a whole BANK has become a WAHALA!!, Please for the first time let us put down our partisan spectacles and spare our dear country and its properties. There are pertinent issues of sales of the bank’s properties all over the country, sales of the Bank’s Shares in its strategy partners like Fidelity Bank etc, staff not enjoying personal loans over 4/5years, advances given to cronies, the MD’s track records, the bank has no promotional and progression structure; staff are not promoted and are marching at the same rank for over 10yrs, renting of the new Head Office-why not BOT, etc. Ghanaians should keep eagle eyes on the current happenings and appeal to Bank of Ghana, Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Employment to do all possible to investigate the Board and MD without fear or favour. Shrouding issues will not help matters. However for proper and better investigation the MD and Board MUST GO. Where is the committee investigating the issues raised against the MD and how far have they worked?
There are more serious issues to the Brouhaha at A.D.B.? Please let us stop personalization and the cronyism. The wild goose allegations that the Union is being influenced must stop. The Bank is really living in its bad times. All should assist to passionately discuss the issues raised by the unions and stop these partisan allegations’. What are the benefits? But who can we blame! Current institutional and governance shortfalls are aiding the order of the day; have the newspapers and the politicians on your side and ruin the state. It is only fair the MD and Board step aside for proper investigations. Oh Ghana. Where is the President? Where are our institutions? Mr. President many people are accusing you and your brothers for the mess at ADB. Yes you brought the MD he became a thin god and has rule with intimidation, vindictiveness, tyranny, victimization etc. The Bank has paid huge judgment debts to dismissed staff as result of his leadership style. The man’s cup is full. His continue stay may not be healthy for employer employee relationship. Meanwhile the long stretch of these media and personality play; clashing the MD against other Management members and staff can destroy the Bank forever. If this is true then this very bad. The MD’s reappoint will kill and weaken the team spirit and the corporate cohesion of the Bank; hence the MD and the Board must go. The MD already has formed bandits, rebels and surrogate groups among staff. His continuous stay will not help
