Stephen appoints ICS Securities in one horse show who then line up a foreign buyer meanwhile telling every one its an IPO. IC securities run by NDC connected Kwame Awuah-Darko brother of Kingsley Awuah-Darko ie the BOST CEO who is also Mahama appointee. ADB gets sold at cheap price money flows through sale of cheap shares to foreign buyer, and NDC apppointees and government who then resell on market for more money.Damn right stealing from the people of Ghana.
