Really? Didn't your Boss the President say that he will fix the load shedding for good? Now you are telling us the problem will be solved BY December of this year but we can experience another power shortages?
I guess in NDC, short term is three years and long term is one year. The President told Ghanaians the load shedding which has been with us for three years is short term and he will fix the problem permanently but now the Power Minister is saying the problem can recur after December of this year after they fix it in 2016, that is the permanent fix the President talked about, one month to 12 months is permanent.

All this should give us a pretty good idea where the money is going. So clearly they can find money for things but the problem is what they spend it on.
