    If they have any sense at all then they should put a cap on what dollar rate they use at the port. This is what is killing the economy.

    THESE BANKS ARE GREEDY INSENSITIVE AND UNETHICAL IN THEIR PRACTICES. BANKING CLIENTS SHOULD CONSIDER SOME FORM OF BOYCOTTS AND DEMONSTRATIONS TO FORCE THEM REDUCE THESE INSENSITIVE LENDING RATES
