You hit the nail on the head. How disheartening. All this debt and no tangible wealth-creation schemes, so these huge debts at exorbitant rates will have to be financed out of our low revenue streams

When this issue came up, ndc ministers lied brutally. There was huge uproar about stolen funds. ndc government was raiding pension of workers including police force and they lied brutal.
