When plans were made to bring in gas from Nigeria to power these thermal generators we stated that there lies danger in the project because it is exposed to sabotage in two forms, the pipeline could be sabotaged by anyone and secondly anyone can influence the suppliers in Nigeria not to supply the gas, then came the other one, strike by workers in the crude oil sector in Nigeria. We stated that there should as well be contract with a gas supplier who will bring it in ships. We have been proved right on all the advice we gave, which were not even noted.
