  Push ahead with tax stamps. All tax evasion must be eliminated in this sector. There has been sufficient notice on implementation of this policy so there is no excuse. There is no additional tax involved it is only meant to monitor compliance and payment by all so why the attempt to refuse to comply unless these people are currently evading the tax and do not want to be caught. Implement the law as scheduled. If they do not want to comply they should stop selling their products.
