Arik is an established 'passenger' airline - but not a cargo hauler. ABX is not established - as anything other than a company with a name.
Apparently 'someone' thinks there is market for agricultural products - exported from Nigeria. That's a noble idea - but the article doesn't even 'hint' about the approach to doing that.
Managing cargo movements is a monumental task - and I don't believe there is a capable group in Nigeria - with the skill set to operate a cargo airline - and using the Arik fleet - is a REALLY bad idea.
This business venture does not appear to have 'legs' - and I doubt it will ever succeed.
